‘NETWORK’ was founded in 1986 by Late Shri Abhay Ambegaonkar. With vast experience of Quality Control in various huge Industries like Mahindra & Mahindra, Voltas Ltd., Sayaji Iron (Mcnally Iron) and many more he put dedicated efforts to establish an Engineering Company to give quality Product & Service to all type of Industry.
NETWORK made a beginning as the Representatives of Ajay Valves Pvt. Ltd., where mostly cast Iron valves were sold after registration with prime companies. The company was also into Exotic metals, Refurbishment of any type or make Valves as during that tenure Valves were mostly imported hence costly. We served many prestigious companies by way of Refurbishment / Reconditioning of even scraped Valves, thus contributing to the National economy.
In 1990 we joined hands with Triveni Equipments Pvt. Ltd for Investment Castings Ball Valves, quality Pipe Fittings upto 36” in SS 316L material, all types of Strainers, Vat Filters.
In the Project boom period from 1992 we added Myricks Piping Products Pvt. Ltd. Chennai for Pipe supports, industrial Manufacturers for heavy fabrication like heat Exchangers, Columns, Reformers & Waste Heat Recovery Boilers (Jointly done with Deustch Babcock Balkee Durr of Germany), Flovel Valves had just come out of their tie-up with BDK & We started doing the marketing.
We had an association with ‘INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURERS’ for world class fabricated equipment like Heat Exchanger, Condenser, Pressure Vessels, Deaerators, Reactors, Columns, Storage Tanks & specialized fabrication.
We served as a Distributor to ‘Flovel valves Pvt. Ltd.’ since 1992 for their Nozzle Check Valves & Dual Plate Check Valves up to 1 mt. diameter in all type of application and MOC, this includes low Delta ‘P’ Valves & valves in Gas application.
We also has an authorisation as Dealers for Kapilansh Dhatu Udhyog Pvt. Ltd. for their Cast Iron Socket & Spigot Spun Pipes, Cast Iron Soil Pipes and Earthing Electrodes.
For all above products we gave our best of services and knowledge to various prestigious Customers for their maintenance as well as Project requirements.
NETWORK started its activities as a Sales & Service Distributor company in 1992 with Greaves Ltd, Business Group V for products like Steam Traps, Cranes & Hoists, Centrifugal Horizontal Spilt Casing Pumps, Process & Ash slurry pumps. Simultaneously we were appointed by Business Group II for Gearboxes & Fluid Couplings which is todays ‘Premium Transmission Pvt. Ltd.’
Fluid Coupling in those days was concept selling product involving education to the customer on Power Saving, No load start, Motor duration & so on. We not only conducted seminars with appreciation letters from the industry of Gujarat but also proudly claim to have many installations & are providing the best of the services to our clients.
